TAD Quality Policy
The Turkish American Association, as a non-governmental organization since 1951, provides services that strengthen mutual understanding between the societies of Türkiye and the United States of America through educational, cultural, artistic, and social programs designed for different age groups—from early childhood to lifelong learning. Our aim is to establish a service culture that creates high value for our stakeholders, based on transparency, reliability, and continuous improvement; and, in line with our vision, to serve as a unique platform where all relevant parties learn, grow, gain experience, and collaborate.
Accordingly, we commit to systematically monitoring stakeholder needs and expectations to increase satisfaction; ensuring full compliance with applicable legal regulations and other relevant requirements; effectively managing and continuously improving our processes; and systematically advancing digital transformation within our educational service processes.
We support our leadership approach through the engagement, competence, and development of our employees, and we consider quality to be a shared responsibility across all our units.
We believe that the sustainability of quality is strengthened through social contribution and environmental responsibility, and we maintain environmentally conscious practices as an integral part of our service approach. This Quality Policy is reviewed at regular intervals, communicated to all employees, ensured to be understood, and made accessible to our stakeholders.
